Job summary

Grüns is seeking a technically skilled IT/Tech Ops specialist to be the backbone of our systems, supporting ERP and enterprise platforms and owning the order-to-cash workflow across DTC and retail integrations.

You will coordinate updates with vendors, automate checks, and provide first-line tech support for hardware and software. The role emphasizes cybersecurity and business continuity, with clear documentation and onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technology support at a fast-growing company
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
• Able to point to a workflow they redesigned and show outcomes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems; troubleshoot Level 1 issues
• Own day-to-day management of order-to-cash across DTC and retail integrations
• Coordinate with vendors and teammates on updates, patches, upgrades
• Build and maintain QA checks for data and system integrity
• Be the first layer of tech support for hardware, software and collaboration tools
• Manage cybersecurity protocols and strengthen disaster recovery posture
• Document processes, configs, troubleshooting steps, and training materials
• Lead end-to-end technology improvement projects from requirements to post-live support
• Run technology onboarding for new hires, including AI tools like Superhuman and Wispr
• Partner with departments to identify needs and evaluate new tools
