Job summary

Greenthumbindustries is seeking an IT support professional to troubleshoot, install, and maintain end-user hardware and infrastructure across multiple sites. The role includes travel up to 40% and remote work flexibility, with preference for candidates in listed operating states.

You'll support day-to-day system operations, resolve technical issues, monitor health of IT infrastructure, and grow into ownership of systems over time. Strong willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Up to two years of IT support experience or training.
• Understanding of IT hardware/software and end-user devices; servers and networking.
• Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and system monitoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-User Hardware Support: troubleshoot, install and maintain PCs, laptops, PoS devices, VoIP phones and other end-user systems.
• Technology Infrastructure Support: assist in managing servers, network gear, and IoT devices across sites.
• Incident Management: monitor and respond to issues via the helpdesk; address alerts from monitoring tools.
• On-Call Support: participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday rotations.
• Other Duties: assist with IT planning, implementation and documentation; configure software and apply patches.
