Job summary

Grüns is seeking a technically adept IT/Tech Support professional to join our remote HQ. You will maintain ERP and enterprise systems, manage order-to-cash processes across channels, and lead cybersecurity and IT support initiatives.

You’ll work across the organization and facilitate rapid onboarding for new hires, including AI tools like Superhuman and Wispr. With 2–3 years in a fast-growing tech environment, you’ll troubleshoot advanced hardware and software issues and redesign workflows to

Qualifications

2–3 years in technology support or similar at a fast-growing company.
Strong technical aptitude with hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems, including integrations; troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
Own day-to-day management of order-to-cash across DTC and retail integrations, including SKU mappings.
Coordinate with vendors and teammates on system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Build and maintain QA checks to catch data and system integrity issues.
Be the first layer of tech support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
Manage day-to-day cybersecurity protocols and improve business continuity posture.
Document process flows, system configs, troubleshooting steps, and training materials.
Lead technology improvement projects end to end from gathering requirements to post-live support.
Run technology onboarding for new hires, including AI tools like Superhuman and Wispr.
