Job summary

Grüns is seeking a BizOps Manager to serve as the analytical backbone for the ops team. You will own end-to-end problem solving in a startup environment, building frameworks, systems, and rigor for growth.

You’ll report to the VP of BizOps and collaborate with the existing BizOps group. This fully remote HQ role emphasizes data-driven decision making, S&OP ownership, and cross-functional alignment across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a quantitative or computational field is required.
• 5–7+ years of data analytics experience in corporate, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences; must influence with data-driven insights.
• High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Expertise with SQL; R and/or Python knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Cloud Computing (Google Cloud) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine supply chain models to improve COGS reliability and capacity forecasts.
• Own S&OP and variance analyses to optimize forecasts and planning.
• Lead monthly business reviews and OKR preparation with stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and execute cross-functional initiatives to improve ops metrics like gross margin and inventory.
• Develop KPI dashboards for real-time visibility of performance trends.
• Provide supply chain assumptions to the financial model with Finance for integrated planning.
• Translate complex analysis into concise exec presentations for cross-functional partners.
