Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Technologies to oversee multi-site technology projects from inception to close. You will lead estimating, contract negotiations, design, scheduling, budget oversight, and client satisfaction while coordinating a team of PMs and interfacing with designers, engineers, and field staff.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of project management experience, and strong skills in Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with estimating systems and BIM/CAD tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leadership to provide strategic input and drive key objectives.
• Directs all phases of each project from bidding to closeout and approval.
• Prepares and manages project documents, budgets, schedules, and cost codes.
• Ensures safety programs and OSHA standards are followed.
• Manages subcontractors, vendors, and coordination among designers, engineers, and field staff.
• Provides coaching, performance feedback, and team development.
