Job summary

Soni Resources Group is seeking a dynamic Senior BD professional to own a defined market, develop a targeted outbound strategy, and close new client relationships in the United States. You will expand a 1,500+ client base, cross-sell within existing accounts, and provide industry insights to clients as a trusted advisor.

You will collaborate with recruiting teams to meet client needs with speed and precision, manage a data-driven pipeline, and represent the brand at client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred
• Quota-holding track record with proven numbers
• Outbound/outbound-driven pipeline development is essential
• Strong consultative selling skills and relationship building
• Market intelligence on technology or professional services landscape is advantageous
• Direct, credible communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to be coached and high performance mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Own your market by developing and executing outbound strategies to identify, engage, and close new client relationships
• Build a book of business through cold outreach and strategic account mapping
• Grow existing accounts by cross-selling and expanding wallet share
• Act as a trusted market advisor with industry insights and workforce intelligence
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to meet client needs quickly and accurately
• Maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline using CRM and AI tools, tracking activity and forecast revenue
• Represent the brand at client meetings and industry events
