Job summary

Soni Resources Group in the United States is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director for its A+F Strategic group to own a market, build a book of business, and drive revenue with autonomous leadership.

You will identify opportunities, win new clients, deepen relationships, and collaborate with recruiting to meet client needs while maintaining a data-driven pipeline and representing the brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development, sales, or account management in staffing or related field.
• Proven production record with quota attainment and exceeding targets.
• Ability to build pipeline from scratch via outbound outreach.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Accounting & Finance or professional services talent landscape.
• Excellent communication across all levels, including C-suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Market: develop and execute a targeted outbound strategy to identify, engage, and close new client relationships.
• Build a Book of Business: drive net new revenue through cold outreach, relationship-building, and strategic account mapping.
• Grow Existing Accounts: identify cross-selling opportunities within 1,500+ client base.
• Operate as a Consultant: provide industry insights and workforce intelligence to clients.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with recruiting to meet client needs with speed and precision.
• Pipeline with Discipline: maintain data-driven pipeline using CRM and AI tools.
• Represent the Brand: act as a senior market representative at meetings and events.
