Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience serving high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, with complex returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Partners for exceptional service.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Lead primary review of complex tax returns with accuracy and documentation.
• Provide proactive tax planning insights and support client meetings.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and team utilization; drive efficiency.
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and staff development.
• Leverage tax technology and processes to improve service delivery.
• Participate in business development and expanding client relationships.
