Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager in the Private Client Services (PCS) practice to oversee multiple client engagements and lead staff while contributing to business development. The position offers flexibility in office location and the option to work fully remote.

You will supervise staff, review complex tax returns, and provide proactive tax planning insights. Strong leadership, deep tax expertise, and a CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax planning, compliance and consulting to high-net-worth individuals
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience with complex individual and business returns
• Recent Public Accounting experience
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families
• Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and proper documentation
• Provide proactive tax planning insights and support client meetings and presentations
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization to improve profitability
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations while developing staff
