Job summary

EisnerAmper's Private Client Services team seeks a Tax Senior Manager to lead high-net-worth tax engagements, develop client relationships, and drive strategic planning. The role offers flexible office location with the option to work remotely, and a focus on mentorship and team development.

You'll supervise staff, review complex returns, and collaborate with partners to ensure exceptional service delivery and growth opportunities across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and cultivate strong client relationships while working with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, with strong understanding of trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify risks and improve profitability.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, training, and recruitment support; contribute to team development.
• Leverage tax technology and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in business development efforts and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.
