EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, leads tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, and collaborates with partners in an entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in tax, CPA or Enrolled Agent, and experience with hedge funds, trusts, estates, and gifts. The position offers flexible office location with the option to work fully remote.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specializing in complex returns.
• Recent public accounting experience.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships with Partners in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Apply knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Review complex returns for accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Provide proactive tax planning insights and support client meetings.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify risks and optimize profitability.
• Develop client relationships and support recruiting and performance reviews.
• Leverage tax tech and data tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in business development and expand client relationships.
