Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience serving high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, with complex individual and business returns.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Partners in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy and minimize rework.
• Serve as primary client contact and support meetings and proposals.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and utilization; improve profitability.
