EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager for its Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple engagements, drives tax planning for Ultra‑High Net Worth clients, and supports business development while mentoring staff.

The position offers flexible office location and potential for full remote work. The ideal candidate has extensive tax experience, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and a track record in public accounting, with leadership skills to grow client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialized in complex returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy with minimal rework.
• Develop and deliver proactive tax planning insights to clients.
• Manage budgets, realize profitability, and monitor engagement status.
