Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead the Private Client Services team, overseeing UHNW tax planning, compliance, and client relationships. Flexible office location with option for full remote work, and emphasis on leadership, business development, and staff development.

You will supervise engagements, review complex returns, and drive improvements in workflow and profitability while staying current on tax law changes and coordinating with Partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years tax compliance for complex individual and business returns.
• Public accounting experience is required.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage multiple client engagements with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Apply hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities knowledge.
• Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and process improvement.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide proactive planning insights.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and team utilization to improve profitability.
• Foster client relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach staff, assist recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to enhance service delivery.
• Support business development and client proposals; stay updated on tax law changes.
