Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own operational health across strategic alliances, guide custom integrations, and lead cross-functional projects. You will mentor junior TAMs, design scalable solutions, and drive initiatives with Product and Engineering teams. Remote-first with flexibility, Seattle-based preferred.

The role emphasizes monitoring, troubleshooting, and end-to-end account ownership as you expand your portfolio and influence roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• Six years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and the HTTP protocol.
• Ability to read production-level code (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Python).
• Strong cross-team collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own operational TAM activities across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio—alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and fielding inquiries.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks before they impact customers.
• Investigate logs and data to resolve issues end-to-end.
• Design and deliver custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
• Mentor junior TAMs and contribute to hiring and team development.
