You'll partner with hiring managers, design inclusive interview processes, build sourcing strategies, and leverage AI tools to drive speed and quality in a growth-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical hiring.
• Proven ability to source and close technical talent (engineers, PMs, data scientists).
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions but with a heavy focus on Tech and Commercial.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, calibrate profiles, and drive efficient processes.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across multiple channels.
• Design structured, inclusive interview processes that enable strong, data-driven hiring decisions.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify gaps, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve outcomes.
• Act as a strategic advisor on search strategy, market intel and candidate insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership to support headcount planning/tracking and hiring priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improving processes, tools, and overall recruiting efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting best practices, tools, and market trends.
