Conduit Health in New York City is seeking an in-house Recruiter to own hiring end to end across all departments. You will build pipelines, partner with leaders, and shape candidate experiences as we grow.

You'll lead the end-to-end process from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, while maintaining strong timelines and selecting top talent to support our rapidly evolving health-tech platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including startup exposure.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions.
• Proven proactive sourcing of strong candidates.
• Experience configuring an ATS (Ashby strongly preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all departments. Lead end-to-end from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer for roles across Engineering, Operations, Growth, and Beyond.
• Uncover what a team needs and hire for today and tomorrow's needs as the company evolves.
• Align hiring teams on must-haves, nice-to-haves, and trade-offs to avoid losing talent.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines beyond inbound applications.
• Maintain timelines and keep candidates informed while moving multiple searches.
• Create a candidate experience that reflects Conduit Health's culture and values.
• Set up and maintain Ashby interview stages, scorecards, and automations; use reporting to spot bottlenecks.
• Be a trusted advisor with market insight to guide hiring decisions.
