Basis is seeking a recruiter to partner with our Head of Talent, sourcing and managing the candidate pipeline for roles across the company from our NYC office.

Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in recruiting for tech startups in NYC, superb verbal and writing abilities, and a deep curiosity about people and AI. This is a full-time in-office role in NYC with a competitive benefits package.
