Job summary

Chapter 2 is seeking a Tech Talent Partner in NYC to own end-to-end hiring for Tech and Engineering roles. You will partner with executives to shape hiring strategies, source top talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

You will drive scalable processes, enable data-driven leadership decisions, and help build talent foundations for long-term growth across a healthcare-focused portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record hiring for Engineering and/or GTM roles.
• Experience in a high-growth agency environment, with exposure to startup or embedded recruitment models.
• Skilled stakeholder manager - able to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively.
• Passion for startups or mission-driven work.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build strong pipelines of talent across early-stage and scaling businesses.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy.
• Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders.
• Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth.
• Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio.
