Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Executive recruiting and staffing agency experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and passive-candidate approach required.

Responsabilidades

• Find, interview, and hire exceptional talent with a focus on quality.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business and location needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to build a strong pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates to maintain a high-quality funnel.
• Set clear expectations with hiring managers and candidates while ensuring high service levels.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable laws including background checks.
