Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and hiring for a range of roles from technicians to admin, ensuring compliance and excellent candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years' experience; alternative combos accepted.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
• Results-oriented with ability to drive recruitment processes and follow up with teams.
• Consultative, polished approach to recruiting; executive recruiting/staffing agency experience preferred.
• Experience with technical, IT, finance, or sales/marketing placements is a plus.

• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies per location needs.
• Source and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and tools to build a strong pipeline.

• Set expectations with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring top customer satisfaction.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with laws, including background checks and drug screening.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify efficiency improvements in recruitment.
• Assess and optimize internal/external recruiting resources to meet demand.
