We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, engineering, project management, skilled trades, and field-based positions, including electricians and line workers.

In this role you will partner with hiring managers and HR, maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensure compliance, and coordinate onboarding while continually improving recruitment processes.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with ATS and online recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting for professional and management-level positions.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs.
• Recruit for professional, technical, operational, and field-based positions.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and improve recruitment processes.
