Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for field and corporate roles across multiple locations. You’ll maintain the ATS, partner with executives and hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, and help scale our teams while upholding our standards of candidate experience.

• Two or more years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced or growing company.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A genuine passion for finding and hiring great talent and representing the company brand with professionalism and care.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of field and corporate roles.
• Maintain our ATS and coordinate with vendors; troubleshoot issues through resolution.
• Meet and connect with stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team and hiring managers, to facilitate candidate review and interview scheduling.
• Generate new and updated job descriptions that reflect our culture and business needs.
• Observe interviews to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support onboarding efforts with the Talent, Culture, and People team.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers to align objectives and sourcing top talent.
• Proactively source candidates across key roles and markets.
• Lead first-round interviews, participate in later rounds, and contribute to hire decisions.
• Craft offer letters to candidates.
• Lead additional projects to grow the Talent, Culture, and People team.
