Qualifications

• Five years of corporate recruitment experience, including 3 years with electronic applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for professional and management level exempt positions.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to meet staffing goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and screen resumes.
• Interview candidates by phone or in person and administer assessments and background checks.
• Deliver employment offers and coordinate onboarding for exempt and nonexempt openings within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with sourcing to bring a diverse slate of qualified candidates; manage internal transfers.
