Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team of 23, focusing on high-volume caregiver recruitment. You will manage the full cycle from job postings to verbal offers, using our ATS and screening processes to meet hiring goals across care positions.

The role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to conduct 6-10 phone interviews per day, while coordinating with the TA Lead and coordinating documentation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month is preferred.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals/metrics that exceeded targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from job posting to accepted offer, including ATS pipeline and scheduling 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• Screen resumes and assess position fit.
• Obtain required documents and coordinate hire information with coordinators.

We are a TA team of 23 looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist! Our team is passionate about driving our mission and bringing in the talent we need to reach more clients and improve more lives. We are comprised of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational staff recruitment.

Remote/WFH

Location: Must live in one of the following states: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific

Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager

This TAS will be responsible for recruiting caregivers to join our organization. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires strong time management and organizational skills.

• ~High Volume Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer - managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauging position and company fit and making verbal offers as determined, obtaining required signed documents/agreements prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator.
• ATS Management: Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Identify and address gaps in recruitment process and hiring matrix; Resume and application screening
• Teams video interview with TA Lead
• Hiring Assessments: Workplace Behavior Analysis, Reverse Mock Interview Assessment
