Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team of 23, focused on recruiting caregivers and operational staff. This is a high-volume recruiting role requiring strong time management and organization, with remote/WFH setup and Pacific time hours.

The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and requires experience recruiting 40+ caregivers per month, managing ATS workflows, screening resumes, and conducting multiple daily phone interviews to fill

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance/goals/metrics that exceeded targets.
• Manage the recruiting process from posting to offer, including ATS pipeline and document handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from job posting to accepted offer, including ATS workflow and updating stages.
• Screen resumes and candidate applications; conduct 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews; assess fit for position and company.
• Obtain required signed documents prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator.
• Support hiring team with recruitment process gaps and hiring matrix.

We are a TA team of 23 looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist! Our team is passionate about driving our mission and bringing in the talent we need to reach more clients and improve more lives. We are comprised of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational staff recruitment.

Remote/WFH

Location: Must live in one of the following states: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific

Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager

This TAS will be responsible for recruiting caregivers to join our organization. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires strong time management and organizational skills.

• ~High Volume Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer - managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauging position and company fit and making verbal offers as determined, obtaining required signed documents/agreements prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator.
• ATS Management: Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Identify and address gaps in recruitment process and hiring matrix; Resume and application screening
• Teams video interview with TA Lead
• Hiring Assessments: Workplace Behavior Analysis, Reverse Mock Interview Assessment
