Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team. This remote role focuses on recruiting caregivers, managing a high-volume pipeline, and coordinating from job posting to verbal offers.

Reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborates across caregiver recruitment and onboarding efforts. The role requires strong time management, organization, and the ability to provide metrics-based results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide examples of past or current performance goals/metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers to join our organization in a high-volume environment.
• Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer, including ATS pipeline upkeep.
• Screen resumes, schedule and conduct 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• Gauge position and company fit and make verbal offers as appropriate.
• Coordinate signing documents before transfer to coordinator.
• Participate in team video interviews with TA Lead and use hiring assessments.

Location: Must live in one of the following states: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific

This TAS will be responsible for recruiting caregivers to join our organization. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires strong time management and organizational skills.

• ~High Volume Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer - managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauging position and company fit and making verbal offers as determined, obtaining required signed documents/agreements prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator.
• ATS Management: Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Identify and address gaps in recruitment process and hiring matrix; Resume and application screening
• Teams video interview with TA Lead
• Hiring Assessments: Workplace Behavior Analysis, Reverse Mock Interview Assessment
