Job summary

LBA in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for open positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

You will build proactive talent pipelines, oversee employee relations and performance management, ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws, and leverage AI-enabled HR technologies to drive efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
Experience conducting employee relations investigations.

Responsibilities
