Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a recruiter to partner with hiring managers, develop tailored recruitment strategies, run advertising campaigns, and guide candidates through interviews and the hiring process. You will build talent pipelines through proactive outreach across job boards, networks, referrals, and sourcing channels.

Required: 1–3 years of full‑lifecycle recruiting, hands‑on sourcing from job boards and ATS, excellent communication and interview skills, and English literacy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates using job boards, professional networks, and an ATS.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and guide candidates through interviews.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive outreach, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and candidate sourcing.
• Source, screen, and interview applicants, verifying credentials, education, and experience.
• Monitor recruitment trends and collaborate with HR partners or agencies to optimize strategies.
