Epic Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading global medical and health organization for a Sr. Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist in Irvine, CA. The role is hybrid, offering full-desk recruiting and end-to-end HR support within a fast-paced environment.

You will lead high-volume recruitment across multiple functions, drive candidate engagement, manage offers and onboarding, and build enduring talent pipelines while partnering with managers and HR business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-desk, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and in-house/internal recruiting.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and reporting tools.
• Strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to support high-volume recruiting.
• Provide full cycle recruiting for multiple corporate functions and roles.
• Source, identify and engage candidates through ATS, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting updates in the ATS.
• Assist with offers, onboarding, and candidate follow-up.
• Build talent pipelines and provide timely recruitment reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
