Job summary

Bidbus is seeking a highly hands-on Recruiting Lead for Growth & Product in Irvine, CA. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Growth, Product, Design, Marketing, and other strategic roles, building talent maps and proactive outreach to top candidates.

You will partner with founders and hiring managers to define success for each role, develop sourcing strategies, and scale recruiting systems as Bidbus grows across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Track record recruiting for consumer technology, marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Growth, Product, Design, Marketing, and other strategic functions.
• Build talent maps and identify candidates before they enter the market.
• Headhunt passive candidates and partner with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like.
