The role is a 6-Month Contract-to-Hire and requires 5+ years in HR, deep ADP TotalSource experience, and strong skills in visa processes, compliance, and scalable HR workflows within a lean organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, or related functions.
• Experience independently managing multiple HR responsibilities within a small or mid-sized organization.
• Experience coordinating complex interviews and supporting internal and external recruiting activities.
• Hands-on experience with ADP TotalSource or comparable PEO/HRIS systems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the end-to-end interview lifecycle, including complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and virtual and in-person platforms.
• Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, external recruiting agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, interview communications, and timely follow-up activities.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, partnering with IT, facilities, and leadership to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within ADP TotalSource.
• Coordinate with ADP TotalSource and external HR partners regarding employee benefits, policies, and operational requirements.
• Track required employee compliance training, documentation, and completion deadlines.
• Partner with immigration counsel to coordinate employment-based visa processes, renewals, transfers, and related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows, reduce administrative bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standardized HR procedures, checklists, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proactively manage competing priorities, resolve operational challenges, and escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to establish efficient, scalable HR practices that support organizational growth.
