You will source, screen, interview, coordinate schedules, maintain ATS, and partner with hiring managers to fill openings while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires 2+ years in talent acquisition, a Bachelor's in HR/BA, and strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update ATS and recruitment databases.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Extend offer letters and support onboarding.
• Conduct reference checks and basic verification when needed.
• Provide HR and recruiting administrative support as needed.
