Responsibilities include market mapping, closing strategies, and maintaining ATS data to drive conversations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across high-volume and specialized technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load independently.
• Experience sourcing and closing candidates across competitive technical markets and production pipelines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where multiple hats are needed.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, from production to specialized software and engineering.
• Advise hiring managers on role definition, interview design, feedback, and closing strategies.
• Define sourcing scope for hard-to-fill roles, including market mapping of talent landscapes.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of concurrent requisitions based on urgency and needs.
• Build sourcing engines (agency partnerships, schools, local outreach, GitHub, communities).
• Drive structured interview loops from outreach to offer negotiation and close.
