Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to join the Talent Acquisition team based in Mobile, AL or Wichita, KS. This role sources, screens and recommends candidates across all levels, from entry to senior leadership, supporting Engineering departments.

The role develops advanced sourcing strategies, builds applicant pools, and ensures a positive new hire experience while complying with EEO laws and HIPAA/ERISA. Hybrid onsite/offsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of US Employment and Labor Laws and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR team on descriptions, requisitions, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports.
• Represent Airbus at recruiting events and participate in campus outreach as needed.
