Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL (with roles in Wichita, KS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to source, screen, and recommend candidates across engineering and other functions.

You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build pools, manage the interview and onboarding process, and ensure compliance with EEOC and other regulations. This role offers growth and exposure to a global HR team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR team on requisitions, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and recruit across levels from entry to senior leadership.
• Conduct resume/phone screens, interviews and close qualified candidates.
• Place and update job postings across various media including internet, intranet, colleges and networks.
• Promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities to managers and employees.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Position may require work outside normal business hours.
