Job summary

You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build pools, and partner with managers to align with employment value proposition and Airbus values. The role requires at least 6 years in talent acquisition, a bachelor’s degree, and strong interviewing, communication and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality shortlists and candidate assessments.
• Recruit and conduct interviews, close qualified candidates and manage postings.
• Maintain ATS, generate reports and support staffing administration.
• Represent Airbus at recruiting events and promote employer brand.
