Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, corporate or agency setting.
• Experience with HRIS and Taleo ATS is essential.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant HR certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Develop recruiting programs to fill current vacancies and pipeline.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance.
• Network to identify passive candidates across markets.
• Coordinate college recruiting initiatives and immigration support.
• Maintain applicant records and ensure compliance.
• Create recruitment metrics and reports; support branding.
