Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
• Experience managing recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology tools.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, improve performance, and manage risk.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of recruiting delivery performance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing recruiting team delivering talent solutions across an assigned market, client, or program.
• Coach and develop recruiters, manage team productivity and workload distribution.
• Partner closely with sales and client leaders to support hiring needs and achieve delivery targets.
• Use data and recruiting insights to improve performance, solve delivery challenges, and implement best practices across your team.
