Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
• Experience managing recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology tools.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions, improve performance, and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting execution across markets, clients, or programs.
• Coach and develop a team of recruiters (15 or fewer).
• Forecast hiring demand with client and market leaders.
• Ensure open requisitions are filled within service expectations.
• Use metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
