Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
• Experience managing virtual recruiting teams and coordinating across locations.
• Strong use of data and metrics to drive decisions and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruiting execution across assigned markets, clients, or programs in alignment with Manpower's recruiting strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 20+ Recruiters, fostering accountability and a results-driven culture.
• Drive team performance by improving candidate quality, submission volume, placement outcomes, and service delivery.
• Partner with client and market leaders to forecast hiring demand and plan recruiting coverage.
• Ensure open requisitions are actively managed and filled within service expectations.
