Job summary

Energix North America is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across the US operations. Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience recruiting across technical, operational, business development, and finance functions.
• Experience in energy or related industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and pipeline development for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full recruitment lifecycle from needs definition to onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for electrical engineers, operations, business development, finance, and related roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and staffing plans.
• Proactively source through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, networks, and referrals.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout.
• Manage multiple processes with timely communication and quality outcomes.
• Track metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline effectiveness for management.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.
