Job summary

EH Energy is hiring a hands-on Recruiting & HR Operations Manager in Houston, TX. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

You will also support onboarding, lifecycle administration, and day-to-day HR operations as needed. This individual contributor role requires quick execution, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a growing energy tech

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR operations.
• Experience recruiting for technical or energy-related roles.
• Working knowledge of U.S. recruiting practices and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and standard productivity tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
• Coordinate interview processes and offers with HR and leadership.
• Support onboarding and preboarding activities.
• Assist with HR reporting and lifecycle processes.
