Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager - US to lead the Talent Acquisition function across the United States. This hands-on working manager role blends leadership with direct recruitment execution, stakeholder management, and operational delivery in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

The candidate will lead by example, coach teams, partner with senior leaders, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes to meet critical hiring targets across diverse engineering and EPC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field is required.
Advanced degree is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the TA function across US region, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
Act as a hands-on recruiter by directly managing and delivering recruitment for critical roles, including sourcing and interviewing.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring outcomes.
Drive recruitment excellence and continuous improvement by implementing best practices and leading TA initiatives.
Ensure delivery of hiring targets through prioritization, workload management, and direct involvement in recruitment activities.
Lead by example as a working manager, balancing leadership with direct recruitment delivery.
