Job summary

AB Energy USA LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across North America. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define talent needs, design sourcing strategies, attract candidates, and deliver a professional candidate experience.

You will build pipelines through campaigns, direct sourcing, job fairs, partnerships, and external recruiters. The role requires 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with emphasis on technical or specialized

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Define role requirements, search strategy and interview process.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, assess qualifications and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and offers, maintain ATS data.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build pipelines and relationships with schools and external providers.
