Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in energy/industrial sectors.
• Experience recruiting for OFS, power, BESS, turbine power, or e-frac roles.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, operational, and leadership positions across multiple business units.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles within power generation, data centers, battery storage, oil and gas, frac, e-frac, manufacturing, and industrial services.
• Conduct proactive passive candidate sourcing via direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry contacts, job boards, and market mapping techniques.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and HR leadership to define role requirements, compensation expectations, candidate profiles, and realistic hiring timelines.
• Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer development, negotiations, and onboarding transition activities.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with candidates, hiring managers, recruiting agencies, and business leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
