Job summary

AB Energy USA LLC Senior Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle across North America. You will partner with HR leadership to define talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

You will build pipelines for critical roles using direct sourcing, job fairs, school partnerships, and external providers while maintaining accurate ATS data and timely hiring outcomes. Travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles; strong sourcing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, search strategy, and timelines.
• Review job descriptions, post positions, source and screen candidates, assess qualifications and availability.
• Present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain ATS records.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and technical roles.
