ENGIE North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruiting life cycle for engineering, project management, operations, field services, and technician populations. You will develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers, proactively source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support offer negotiations and extensions.

You will use LinkedIn and Indeed and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in HR, business, or related area, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing full life cycle recruitment in a corporate or complex environment.
• Experience independently managing approximately 25 to 35 requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for operational, manufacturing, industrial, or technical populations.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to identify and pre-screen candidates.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law, EEOC, OFCCP and related regulations.
• Experience maintaining accurate information in online candidate management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute sourcing and recruitment plans for corporate, operational, industrial, and field-based roles.
• Consult with hiring managers on strategy, market conditions, candidate selection, and compliant hiring practices.
• Analyze recruiting activity, market trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
