Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Xetron unit in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior SEIT Lead to guide systems engineering, integration and test activities on programs for government customers. You will manage technical staff, plan reviews, and ensure system integrity across development and deployment.

Required are a BS with 8+ years or MS/PhD with relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with deep experience in government

Qualifications

• BS or higher with engineering experience required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams and programs in a government/military context.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance is required or Pentagon-sponsorable.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEIT activities and manage program engineering workforce.
• Plan system reviews and coordinate integration across internal/external teams.
• Oversee verification, validation, and configuration management activities.
• Foster relationships with Chief Engineer, System Architect and PM.
