Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager of Systems Engineering 3 to lead the CIS Xetron/CCS BEE organization. The role combines program/capture work with staff leadership for ~30 tech leads across multiple locations, including Cincinnati and Annapolis Junction. Onsite full-time with 25% travel.

Required: DoD Top Secret clearance, SEIT/EPM leadership experience, and strong process, staffing, and cost/schedule skills. Primary salary range shown and comprehensive benefits discussed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields with 8 years of experience; Master’s with 6 years.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Cyber, Non-Kinetic, Cryptography or related mission areas.
• Technical leadership in SEIT/EPM, Chief Engineer, IPT, System Architect across multiple lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Department Manager for C&IS Xetron/CCS program(s).
• Ensure planning rigor, baselines, cost/schedule management, metrics, and issue resolution.
• Develop technical leaders to drive business success.
• Oversee administrative duties for the BEE organization budget and staffing.
• Collaborate with business leaders on resourcing and cross-functional needs.
• Share best practices and accelerate adoption of sector standards.
• Travel up to 25%.
